As you can see my efforts went on hiatus, but we are back (with avengence).
I am currently working on Week 3 and have successfully lost 8.8 pounds. Of course, I am thrilled and am truly hoping I can get to my goal this time.
I am not even attempting to count points, this is what eventually drove me over the edge last time. I am strictly doing Simply Filling, with slight modifications.
I am way to busy to constantly be tracking the points. I just have to find what works the best and stick with it. Until my body requires a change that is. LOL!
My first goal is to reach my 5% of 13.5 pounds. :)
